The 997.2 Carrera S represents an appealing point in the 911’s evolution, combining the compact proportions and hydraulic steering of the 997 with direct fuel injection and the introduction of PDK to the Carrera range. Its naturally aspirated 3.8-litre flat-six produces 380hp, delivering serious performance while retaining the everyday usability that has long distinguished the Carrera S.

Upon acquiring the car five years ago, the current owner undertook a comprehensive renewal. The exterior was repainted in Viper Green, the black leather and Alcantara interior was completely renewed with green contrast stitching and matching seat belts, and the engine was removed for the replacement of all engine hoses and seals. A full Moshammer body kit and 997 Turbo wheels complete its more purposeful appearance without obscuring the familiar 997 profile.

It has since been serviced every six months, most recently in August 2026. Sport Chrono and Porsche Sports Exhaust further complement its character, while the original engine lid and PCM head unit remain available. Distinctive, carefully maintained and comprehensively refreshed, this is a notably fine example of the 997.2 Carrera S.
