Enquiry About The Mercedes-Benz 190 SL

Few cars carry the enduring charm and elegance of the Mercedes-Benz 190 SL (W121). Introduced in the mid-1950s as a more approachable alternative to the legendary 300 SL, it quickly established its own legacy—with graceful lines, refined engineering, and a driving experience that balanced comfort with continental flair.

Today, the 190 SL remains one of the most desirable icons of classic motoring. Its restrained beauty, open-top glamour, and unmistakable Mercedes-Benz build quality continue to resonate with collectors and enthusiasts around the world.

We are proud to offer a stunning example of this timeless roadster—fully restored to a remarkably high standard, and ready to be driven and admired.

Finished in the ever-elegant Old English White with a reupholstered Navy Blue leather interior and matching carpets, this 190 SL is a vision of vintage sophistication. It remains registered on “black plates,” allowing it to be driven regularly on Singapore roads—an increasingly rare feature for a classic of this pedigree.

No detail was overlooked during its restoration. The engine, suspension, undercarriage, and full electrical wiring were all comprehensively rebuilt. Chrome accents have been renewed, a new canvas roof fitted, and the cabin trimmed with new leather and carpets, elevating both aesthetics and comfort. A modern air-conditioning system has also been discreetly integrated for effortless usability in Singapore’s tropical climate.

Mechanically superb and religiously maintained by a classic Mercedes-Benz specialist, this 190 SL not only looks the part—it runs like clockwork. A true collector-grade example, built to be enjoyed.
