One of only two Beetle Cabriolets in Singapore on daily-use black plates, this Karmann-built 1303 is presented in exceptional condition and finished in the factory-specified Brazil Brown Metallic.

The 1303 represented the final evolution of the original Beetle Cabriolet, distinguished by its curved windscreen, MacPherson-strut front suspension and rack-and-pinion steering. Its exterior is paired with a Pale Sand soft top, while the cabin has been retrimmed in tan basketweave leatherette with matching door cards. Factory aircon adds welcome usability, and Porsche 914 wheels provide a subtle period touch.

An engine-out rebuild was completed approximately 10 years ago, while a new carburettor and fuel tank were fitted within the past year. The car is running faultlessly and comes with a full history file, Volkswagen AutoMuseum certificate and an extensive collection of spare parts.
